Agalmatium bilobum
Agalmatium bilobum is a planthopper species in the family Issidae, first described as Hysteropterum bilobum by Fieber in 1877. It belongs to the tribe Hysteropterini within the subfamily Hysteropterinae. The species has been documented across Turkey and southern Italy, with over 800 observations recorded on iNaturalist. Like other issid planthoppers, it possesses a compact body form and reduced wings characteristic of the family.
Billaea
Billaea is a genus of tachinid flies comprising approximately 80 described species. Most larvae are parasitoids of beetle larvae, particularly cerambycids and lucanids, with some species attacking lepidopteran hosts in the family Pyralidae. Bostrichinae is a subfamily of powderpost beetles in the family Bostrichidae, commonly referred to as horned powder-post beetles. The subfamily contains more than 60 genera and over 500 described species. Members are primarily wood-boring beetles, with some species serving as hosts for parasitoid wasps. The group has been documented across multiple continents including records from Panama and Turkey.
Brachistini
Brachistini is a tribe of parasitoid wasps within the subfamily Brachistinae (Braconidae). The tribe comprises five genera: Eubazus, Chelostes, Foersteria, Polydegmon, and Schizoprymnus. At least 70 species have been recorded from Turkey alone, with the Black Sea region showing highest diversity. Cephennium
Cephennium is a genus of minute rove beetles in the family Staphylinidae, subfamily Scydmaeninae, first described by Müller and Kunze in 1822. The genus is predominantly western European in distribution but has been recorded across Europe, Northern America, the Middle East, and as far east as Kyrgyzstan. Recent taxonomic work has revealed substantial undescribed diversity, particularly in Turkey where 25 named species are now recognized. The genus has been introduced to North America via port cities, with C. gallicum documented from Halifax, Nova Scotia.

A ground-dwelling spider species in the family Gnaphosidae, first described by L. Koch in 1866. The first cytogenetic analysis of this species was conducted on specimens from Turkey, revealing a diploid chromosome number of 2n♂=22 with an X1X20 sex chromosome system. All chromosomes are telocentric, with X1 being the largest and X2 the smallest chromosome in the karyotype. Sex chromosomes exhibit positive heteropycnosis during prophase I of meiosis. The species has a broad native distribution across the Mediterranean to Caucasus region and has been introduced to the USA.

Orthotomicus
