Cydia prosperana is a small tortricid in the Tortricidae, Olethreutinae. First described by Kearfott in 1907 as Enarmonia prosperana, it belongs to the large Cydia, which contains numerous agricultural pest including the (C. pomonella) and filbertworm (C. latiferreana). The species is known from limited records in North America.
