Paraclivina ferrea

Paraclivina ferrea is a small ground beetle in the Carabidae, Scaritinae. The was originally described as Clivina ferrea by LeConte in 1857 and later transferred to the Paraclivina. It occurs in North America, with records from the United States including Vermont. Like other members of the tribe Clivinini, it is a soil-dwelling adapted for burrowing.
