Epiblema rudei is a of tortricid in the Tortricidae, Olethreutinae, described by Powell in 1975. It belongs to the Epiblema, a group of small moths commonly known as tortricid or leafroller moths. The species is known from a limited number of observations, with records primarily from western North America. As with many Epiblema species, detailed biological information remains sparse.
