Neoleptophlebia is a of mayflies in the Leptophlebiidae, comprising three in the northeastern Nearctic region. The genus was established by Kluge in 1997. Nymphs of these species have historically been difficult to identify reliably due to incomplete descriptions and problematic existing keys.
