Taxonomic status

Calleidina is listed as a synonym in the Catalogue of Life and is not recognized as a valid subtribe in current Carabidae classifications. The formerly included here have been reassigned to other subtribes within Lebiini, primarily Agrina or related groupings. The name appears in historical taxonomic literature from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
