Discriminating Epiblema Moth

Epiblema discretivana is a small tortricid in the Tortricidae, Olethreutinae. It belongs to the large Epiblema, which contains many of leafroller moths. The species was described by Heinrich in 1921. Like other members of its genus, it is presumed to have a caterpillar stage that feeds internally within plant stems or roots rather than rolling leaves.
