Euglyptoneura fuscipennis is a in the Psyllidae, order Hemiptera. Originally described as Arytaina fuscipennis by Crawford in 1914, it was later transferred to the Euglyptoneura. Like other psyllids, it is a small sap-feeding insect associated with plants. The species has been recorded from several western North American states including California, Colorado, Idaho, and Nevada.
