Jalysus reductus

Jalysus reductus is a of stilt bug in the Berytidae, first described by Barber in 1939. It is distributed across the Caribbean, Central America, North America, and South America. Like other members of its , it possesses the characteristic elongated legs and typical of stilt bugs. The species is part of a group of hemipterans adapted to navigating hairy or sticky plant surfaces.
