Microcylloepus pusillus is a small riffle beetle in the Elmidae, found in North America. It inhabits spring-fed aquatic systems and has been documented coexisting with the endangered Heterelmis comalensis at Comal Springs, Texas. The shows six recognized with varied geographic distributions.
