Aceria vaga
Aceria vaga is a species of eriophyid mite in the family Eriophyidae. Eriophyid mites are minute, worm-like arachnids with four legs that are specialized plant parasites. Many species in this group cause distinctive growth abnormalities on their host plants, including galls, witches' brooms, and leaf distortions. Aceria vaga is among the numerous eriophyid species that remain poorly studied despite the group's significant agricultural and ecological importance.
Heterothrips
Heterothrips is a genus of thrips in the family Heterothripidae, containing more than 60 described species. The genus has not been adequately defined and species-level taxonomy relies heavily on morphological characters. Many species are associated with flowers of specific host plants, including economically important fruit trees and ornamental species. The genus is distributed primarily in the Neotropics, with documented diversity in Central America, Brazil, Argentina, and Chile.
Neuroterus minutus
Neuroterus minutus is a species of gall wasp in the family Cynipidae. Members of this genus are known to induce galls on oak trees (Quercus species). The species has been documented through citizen science observations, with records available on platforms such as iNaturalist. As with many cynipid wasps, detailed biological studies of this particular species appear limited in the available literature.
