Phylloxera auburnensis
Phylloxera auburnensis is a gall-forming insect in the family Phylloxeridae, closely related to aphids. Like other phylloxerans, it induces abnormal plant growths (galls) on its host through chemical secretions that manipulate plant tissue development.
