Schistocerca damnifica is a of bird grasshopper in the Acrididae. Males measure 25–33 mm, females 37–47 mm. Southern have longer wings and than northern populations, a difference that has led some authors to recognize the southern form as the S. d. calidior. The species is found in North America.
