Coelostathma is a of small tortricid moths established by Clemens in 1860. The genus contains 12 recognized distributed across the Americas from eastern North America through the Caribbean and Central America to Brazil. Members are characterized by relatively plain, whitish to fawn-brown forewings. Several species were described by Landry in 2001, indicating recent taxonomic refinement of the group.

The comprises 12 recognized : C. binotata, C. caerulea, C. cocoana, C. contigua, C. continua, C. discopunctana, C. immutabilis, C. insularis, C. parallelana, C. placidana, C. pygmaea, and C. xocoatlana. Several species were described in 2001 by Landry, and C. placidana was described as recently as 2012.
