Pseudexentera haracana is a small in the Tortricidae, Olethreutinae. Originally described as Proteopteryx haracana by Kearfott in 1907, it is now classified in the Pseudexentera. The has been documented across eastern North America with over 260 observations recorded on iNaturalist. Like other members of its genus, it is presumed to have larvae that feed internally within plant tissues.
