Identification

Distinguished from similar crambid by the combination of small size (8–10 mm forewing length), white ground colour with olivaceous tinge, and the distinctive olivaceous brown basal area on the forewings extending from to inner margin. The smoky hindwing margin provides an additional diagnostic feature.
