Matigramma is a of in the Erebidae, erected by Augustus Radcliffe Grote in 1872. The genus contains approximately nine recognized distributed primarily in the southwestern United States and Mexico. Most species were described by Franclemont in 1986. One species, Matigramma metaleuca, has been reclassified to the genus Acritogramma.
