Eupelmus cyaniceps is a chalcidoid in the Eupelmidae, first described by Ashmead in 1886. It belongs to the subgenus Eupelmus (Eupelmus). The was revised in a 2011 taxonomic treatment of North American Eupelmus, which synonymized Eupelmus momphae Gahan under E. cyaniceps and elevated the former E. cyaniceps scolyti to full species status as E. scolyti. The species has been recorded from multiple U.S. states and Ontario, Canada.
