Rhopalomyzus is a of aphids in the Aphididae, tribe Macrosiphini. The genus was established by Mordvilko in 1921 and contains at least three described . Species occur in Europe and North America, with distribution records from Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

Europe and North America. Specific distribution records exist for Denmark (DK), Norway (NO), and Sweden (SE).
