Distribution
Primarily Holarctic: 50 in the Palaearctic, 43 in the Nearctic, with 7 species having trans-Holarctic distributions. Two species extend into the Oriental Region. In Russia, 33 species are recorded, with 25 occurring in the Russian Far East. Records also exist from Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Vermont (USA), and other parts of the United States.
