Brothylus is a of longhorn beetles in the Cerambycidae, established by LeConte in 1859. The genus contains two recognized : Brothylus conspersus and Brothylus gemmulatus, both described in the same year. It belongs to the tribe Hesperophanini within the Cerambycinae. The genus is native to western North America.
