Orwellion gibbulum is a longhorn beetle in the tribe Elaphidiini, described by Henry Walter Bates in 1880. The species was originally placed in the Elaphidion before being transferred to Orwellion. It occurs in Central America ( Rica, Guatemala) and parts of North America. As a member of the Cerambycidae , it shares the characteristic elongated typical of longhorn beetles.
