Falconina is a of sac spiders in the Corinnidae, Corinninae, established by Paolo Brignoli in 1985. The genus comprises eleven Neotropical , including the type species F. melloi. Members of this genus are commonly referred to as soldier spiders. The genus was revised taxonomically in 2023, with six new species described from Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, and Venezuela.
