    curtain web spiders

Euagrus is a genus of curtain web spiders in the family Euagridae, first described by Anton Ausserer in 1875. The genus contains 22 species as of October 2025. It is morphologically similar to the genus Allothele, with several species historically transferred between the two genera. The name "Evagrus" occasionally appears in literature but represents a transcript error rather than a valid synonym.
