Soyedina interrupta is a of in the Nemouridae, commonly known as the Broken Forestfly. This small, drab-colored insect belongs to the order Plecoptera, a group of aquatic insects whose nymphal stages develop in freshwater . The species was described by Claassen in 1923 and is currently recognized as valid.
