Litodonta is a small of prominent moths in the Notodontidae, established by Leon F. Harvey in 1876. The genus contains three described : Litodonta hydromeli (Harvey's prominent moth), Litodonta contrasta, and Litodonta troubridgei. Species in this genus are found in North America and belong to the Heterocampinae.
