Neoligia inermis is a of owlet moth ( Noctuidae, Noctuinae) described by Troubridge and Lafontaine in 2002. The Neoligia was established to accommodate species formerly placed in the genus Ligeria, which was found to be polyphyletic. This species is part of a North American radiation of noctuine .
