Nedra is a of owlet moths in the Noctuidae, established by Clarke in 1940. The genus contains approximately eight described distributed across the Americas, from North America through Central America to South America. Nedra are small to medium-sized noctuids with relatively understated coloration. The genus includes both temperate and tropical species, with N. ramosula being among the more widespread North American representatives.
