Cydosia is a of owlet moths (Noctuidae) comprising the sole member of tribe Cydosiini within Acontiinae. It was established in 1841 by James Duncan and John O. Westwood. The genus contains approximately ten described distributed from Argentina through the Andes to the Caribbean, Central America, and the southern United States.
