Chloronycta tybo

A noctuid of montane woodlands in the southwestern United States and Mexico. Chloronycta tybo inhabits canyon systems and riparian corridors at middle elevations, with its range extending from southeastern Arizona and southwestern New Mexico south through the Sierra Madre Occidental. The was originally described as Moma tybo by Barnes in 1904.
