Dichorda consequaria is a of emerald moth in the Geometridae, first described by Edwards in 1884. The species is found in Central America and North America. It is one of two recognized within the Dichorda consequaria complex, with the nominate subspecies D. c. consequaria and D. c. perpendiculata described by Warren in 1904. The species is assigned Hodges number 7054 in the North American numbering system.
