Identification
Distinguished from Filatima pseudacaciella by: (1) darker overall coloration, (2) absence of white dusting on the wing portion, and (3) presence of small ochreous spots on each side of the apex. These two otherwise closely resemble each other in general brown coloration with faint purplish hue and longitudinal ochreous streaking.
