Madoryx is a of sphinx moths in the Sphingidae, established by Jean Baptiste Boisduval in 1875. The genus contains four recognized distributed in the Americas. The type species, Madoryx oiclus, was described by Cramer in 1779. Species in this genus are characterized by distinctive wing patterns and are part of the diverse hawkmoth fauna of the Neotropical and Nearctic regions.
