Osmia subfasciata is a solitary in the Megachilidae, native to Central and North America. It is one of approximately 140 Osmia present in North America. The species belongs to a valued for pollination services, particularly in orchard agriculture. Two are recognized: O. s. subfasciata and O. s. miamiensis.
