Telamonanthe is a of treehoppers in the Membracidae, tribe Telamonini, Smiliinae. It was described by Baker in 1907. The genus contains three recognized : Telamonanthe pulchella, Telamonanthe rileyi, and Telamonanthe turbinella. Like other treehoppers in Smiliinae, species in this genus possess the characteristic enlarged and often elaborately modified pronotum that distinguishes the family Membracidae.
