Male genitalia with clasper of gonostylus narrowed into a long curved spine. Female with long ovipositor (more than 1/4 as long as ), more than two times as long as tenth tergite.
Habitat
collected in wetland , specifically from riparian zones of rivers and wetland parks. Known collection sites include elevations of 368-1173 m. Larval habitat unknown.
