Calyxochaetus nodatus

Calyxochaetus nodatus is a of long-legged fly in the Dolichopodidae, Sympycninae. It belongs to the C. frontalis species group within the New World Calyxochaetus. A lectotype was designated for this species in a 2021 taxonomic revision of the genus. The species was originally described by Loew in 1862.
