Paratenetus punctatus
Spinola, 1844
Paratenetus punctatus is a of darkling beetle in the Tenebrionidae. It is known from eastern Canada, with records from Manitoba, New Brunswick, Ontario, and Quebec. The species was described by Spinola in 1844. Like other members of Tenebrionidae, it is likely associated with decaying organic matter and forest floor , though specific ecological details remain poorly documented.
