Palaminus flavipennis is a of rove beetle in the Staphylinidae, described by LeConte in 1878. It belongs to the Paederinae, tribe Pinophilini. The species epithet 'flavipennis' refers to yellow wings. Distribution records indicate occurrence in Florida, USA.
