Mycetoporus consors is a of rove beetle in the Staphylinidae, Mycetoporinae. It was described by John Lawrence LeConte in 1863, with a lectotype designated during the 1991 revision of North and Central American Mycetoporus and Ischnosoma. The species occurs across eastern North America and Canada. As with many rove beetles, detailed biological information remains limited.
