Nemadus brachyderus

A small carrion beetle in the Leiodidae, originally described as Catops brachyderus by LeConte in 1863. One of twelve North American in the Nemadus. The lectotype for this species was designated by Peck and Cook in their 2005 revision of the tribe Anemadini.
