Dipropus reinae is a of click beetle ( Elateridae) in the Dendrometrinae. It belongs to the Dipropus, a group of small to medium-sized elaterid beetles found primarily in the Neotropical region. The species was described based on specimens from Argentina. Like other click beetles, it possesses the family-characteristic prosternal process that enables the clicking/jumping defensive mechanism.
