Oxygonus is a of click beetles ( Elateridae). Records indicate it belongs to the order Coleoptera and is documented in citizen science platforms with limited observational data. The genus name Oxygonus has also been used in taxonomic literature for a of ground beetle (Brachygnathus oxygonus oxygonus), but this represents a separate taxonomic entity.
