Anametis is a of broad-nosed weevils in the Curculionidae, established by Horn in 1876. The genus contains at least two described : Anametis granulata and Anametis subfusca. These weevils belong to the Entiminae, a large group of root-feeding weevils characterized by their broad, short rostrums. The genus is native to North America.
