Keitheatus is a of skeletonizing leaf beetles in the Chrysomelidae, established by Wilcox in 1965. The genus currently contains a single described , Keitheatus blakeae, found in Texas and Mexico. A second species originally assigned to this genus, Keitheatus histrio from Baja California, was transferred to other genera and is no longer classified here.
