Zaplous annulatus is a of longhorn beetle in the Cerambycidae. Originally described by Louis Alexandre Auguste Chevrolat in 1862 under the Ecyrus, it was later transferred to the genus Zaplous. The species is known from Cuba and the United States, with records from the Caribbean and North America. As a member of the Lamiinae, it belongs to a diverse group of wood-boring beetles commonly known as flat-faced longhorns.
