Microhexura idahoana is a mygalomorph spider described in 1945 from Idaho. It is one of only two in the Microhexura, and the sole member of the Microhexuridae. The species is known from a limited number of observations in the western United States.

Taxonomic History

This was originally described by Chamberlin & Ivie in 1945. The placement has been revised; it was formerly placed in Dipluridae but is now recognized as the sole member of Microhexuridae based on morphological and molecular evidence.
