Taenionema kincaidi is a of winter stonefly in the Taeniopterygidae, commonly known as the Pale Willowfly. It is distributed across western North America from Alaska to California. Like other members of its family, it likely emerges in late winter or early spring when snowmelt occurs. The species was first described from material collected in the Pacific Northwest.
