Episemasia is a of in the Geometridae, first described by George Duryea Hulst in 1896. The genus contains two recognized : Episemasia cervinaria and Episemasia solitaria. Both species are classified within the Ennominae, a diverse group of geometer moths commonly known as inchworms or loopers due to their characteristic larval locomotion.
