Asiracinae is a of delphacid planthoppers within the Delphacidae. The subfamily contains at least 30 and approximately 180 described , with a probable worldwide distribution. Members of this group are small, sap-feeding insects characterized by the delphacid family trait of a movable spur on the hind tibia. The tribe Idiosystatini within Asiracinae has been associated with Cyperaceae (sedges) as plants based on indirect evidence.
